Overflow of calls on inter-working virtual tie trunk to Megalink

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 1 November 2002, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item B93(a), Overflow of Calls on Inter-Working Virtual Tie Trunk to Megalink, in order to enable a customer with two way PBX/Centrex interconnections to provide for the overflow of calls made on the inter-working virtual tie trunks to a number within the same DMS 100 switch as the Megalink facility.

In its application, Bell Canada indicated that the rates were developed on an individual customer basis and the customer concurred with the proposed rate and service charge.

The Commission approved the application on an interim basis in Overflow of calls on inter-working virtual tie trunk to Megalink, Telecom Order CRTC 2002-436, 22 November 2002.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves on a final basis Bell Canada's application.
