  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-12 dated 23 December 2003 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 1 March 2004 at 9:30 a.m., at the World Trade and Convention Centre, 1800 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS AMENDED AND THE CHANGE IS IN BOLD
  ITEM 7
  Halifax, Nova Scotia
Application No. 2003-1146-5
  Application by East coast broadcasting inc. for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial radio programming undertaking in Halifax.
  The new station would operate on frequency 89.7 MHz (channel 209A) with an effective radiated power of 2,975 watts (non-directional antenna/effective antenna height 122 metres).
  The applicant proposes a CHR/Rhythmic music format.
