Extension of the authorization to distribute OMNI.2

The Commission approves the application by Rogers Cable Inc., Rogers Cablesystems Ontario Limited and Rogers Ottawa Limited/Limitée for an extension of the authorization to distribute CFMT too, now designated as OMNI.2, as a distant Canadian signal on the basic service of their cable systems, authorized in Distribution of distant signal CFMT too (OMNI.2), Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-292, 13 September 2002.

This authority will expire on 13 September 2003, unless a request for an extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 30 days before this date.
