Radiocommunication distribution undertaking - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Pukatawagan by means of a multipoint distribution system, from 1 March 2004 to 31 August 2010.

2.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein and to the following conditions of licence:
 

1. Consistent with New MDS radiocommunication distribution undertaking, Decision CRTC 96-13, 16 January 1996, the licensee shall comply with the requirements of section 27(1) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations regarding community programming.

 

2. For community programming and any other programming of a service that it originates, the licensee shall adhere to the Canadian Association of Broadcasters' Voluntary code regarding violence in television programming, as amended from time to time and approved by the Commission.
