Licence renewal for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking at Crescent Valley

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking consisting of four low-power television transmitters at Crescent Valley, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010.

The undertaking is authorized to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the programming services of the Open Learning Agency (Knowledge Network) and CKTN-TV-1 Castlegar. It is also authorized to distribute, by condition of licence, in non-encrypted mode, the programming services of KXLY-TV (ABC) and KREM-TV (CBS) Spokane, Washington.

The licensee is authorized to distribute the four services on channels 39, 43, 47 and 51 respectively, each with a transmitter power of 20 watts.

The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein.
