CFVZ-FM Moose Jaw - Licence amendment

1.

The Commission approves the application by Moose Jaw Tier 1 Hockey Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking CFVZ-FM Moose Jaw by amending the following condition of licence:

1. The licensee must use the station solely for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Moose Jaw Warriors including all pre and post game shows, and a one-hour noon-time program broadcast Monday to Friday related to the promotion of events and games of the hockey club.

2.

Condition of licence No. 1, as amended, will read as follows:

1. The licensee must use the station solely for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Moose Jaw Warriors and baseball games of the Moose Jaw Millers, including all pre and post game shows, and a one-hour noon-time program broadcast Monday to Friday related to the promotion of events and games of the hockey club.

3.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
