Bell Canada

Digital Transmission Facilities

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 9 September 2002, to introduce item D36(gg), Digital Transmission Facilities - DS-1, to its Special Facilities Tariff in order to provide a channelized DS-1 facility between the customers' premises in St-Prime, Quebec and the nearest Bell Canada central office.

2.

Bell Canada indicated that this item was developed to meet the requirements of one customer and, due to the limited demand anticipated, would not be available to other customers.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
