Ottawa, 6 September 2002

Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative Limited
Reference: Tariff notice 17

Internet access service

1.

The Commission received an application by Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative Limited (Tuckersmith), dated 31 July 2002, to remove the Internet Access Service item from section 700 of its General Tariff.

This requirement was approved by the Commission in its letter dated 17 August 1999.

4.

The Commission approves Tuckersmith's application. The revisions take effect as of 15 September 2002.

5.

Tuckersmith is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
