Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers |

1. |
The Commission received an application by Microcell Connexions Inc. (Microcell), dated 8 May 2002, for approval of the executed Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (the agreement) between Microcell and Futureway Communications Inc. (Futureway). |

2. |
By letter dated 2 July 2002, Microcell filed a new version of the agreement to replace the initial proposed agreement filed with the Commission on 8 May 2002. |

3. |
The agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between Microcell's and Futureway's networks. |
|
|
4. |
The Commission received no comment with respect to the application. |
|
|
5. |
The Commission approves Microcell's application. |
