(Island Tel) General Tariff item 800, Enhanced Local Services; NBTel Inc. General Tariff item 200, Calling Features, and Special Services Tariff item 5067.1, Call Answer Service; and NewTel Communications Inc. General Tariff item 370, Miscellaneous Equipment and Services, and item 385, Calling Features, in order to:

2.

In Telecom Order CRTC 2002-224, dated 29 May 2002 (Order 2002-224), the Commission approved in part Tariff Notice (TN) 15. The Commission denied the proposed promotion, since Aliant Telecom had not provided an imputation test as required for promotions exceeding 12 months.

3.

The Commission also received an application by Aliant Telecom, dated 5 June 2002,

to revise Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff item 1600, Enhanced Local Services, to include wording that should have been included in TN 15 in order to harmonize the wording regarding the monthly charge for either Call Display and Call Answer as a second feature with that of Island Tel General Tariff item 800.

4.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves TN 15A and approves on a final basis TN 15, except for the promotion that was denied in Order 2002-224.
