Master agreement for interconnection with interexchange carriers |

The Commission received an application by Télébec ltée (Télébec), dated 16 April 2002, for approval of the executed Master Agreement for Interconnection between Télébec and Vidéotron Télécom ltée (Vidéotron). |

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Télébec will provide equal access interconnection to Vidéotron, as well as the role and responsibilities of Télébec's Carrier Services Group in relation to the interconnection of facilities between Télébec's and Vidéotron's networks. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

4. |
The Commission approves Télébec's application. |
