Aliant Telecom Inc.
Reference: Tariff notices 18 and 18A

 

Zero-dialed emergency call routing service

1.

The Commission received applications by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 1 May 2002 and 3 May 2002, to transfer the Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications Council (APTC) Regional Services Tariff item 505, Zero-Dialed Emergency Call Routing Service, to the Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 644.

The company also proposed a minor modification of the reference found in APTC Regional Services Tariff item 505.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the applications.

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's applications. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
