Correction to the effective radiated power

1.

In Decrease in power for CFJB-FM and relocation of its transmitter, Decision CRTC 2002-75, 28 March 2002, the Commission approvedan application by Rock 95 Broadcasting (Barrie-Orillia) Ltd. to amend the licence for CFJB-FM Barrie-Orillia by decreasing the effective radiated power (ERP). The decision incorrectly stated that the new ERP would be 70,000 watts, as had been indicated in Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2001-12, 8 November 2002. The Commission confirms that the correct ERP is 46,000 watts.
