Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-29

Ottawa, 12 February 2002

Fabrique de la paroisse de L'Assomption-de-la-Ste-Vierge
L'Assomption, Quebec

Application 2001-1253-2

Extension of time limit to implement a new radio programming undertaking at L'Assomption

1.

The Commission approves the application by Fabrique de la paroisse L'Assomption-de-la-Ste-Vierge for an extension of the time limit to implement the authority for a new radio programming undertaking at L'Assomption, granted by Decision CRTC 2000-758 dated 15 December 2000.

2.

The Commission grants the licensee an additional 6 months, until 15 June 2002, to implement this authority.

3.

The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for further extension of time is approved by the Commission before such date.

4.

Once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operation, the licence for this undertaking will be issued.
