The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for its radio programming undertaking CBYT Corner Brook and its transmitters CBYT-1 Stephenville, CBYT-2 Irishtown, CBYT-4 Port-aux-Basques, CBYT-5 St. Andrews, CBYT-10 Harbour Le Cou, CBYT-11 Rose Blanche, CBYT-12 Gillams, CBYT-13 Lark Harbour, CBYT-14 York Harbour and CBUAT Deer Lake. |

In CBNT St. John's - addition of CBYT Corner Brook and its transmitters, Decision CRTC 2002-177, 5 July 2002, the Commission authorized the CBC to add CBYT Corner Brook and its transmitters to the licence of CBNT St. John's, Newfoundland. |

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)e) and 24(2) of the Broadcasting Act, the licence issued to the CBC for CBYT and its transmitters. |
