Deadline to commence operations

The Commission approves the application by Craig Broadcast Systems Inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of a new radiocommunication distribution undertaking, to be known as Sky Cable Pacific, authorized in New MDS radiocommunication distribution undertaking for British Columbia, Decision CRTC 2000-220, 6 July 2000.

The licence for this undertaking will be issued once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. This undertaking must be operational no later than 31 December 2002, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted at least 60 days before this date.
