Extension of time limit to implement a new transmitter of CJLR-FM La Ronge at Meadow Lake |

1. |
The Commission approves the application by Natotawin Broadcasting Inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of a new transmitter of CJLR-FM La Ronge at Meadow Lake, granted by Licence amendment for CJLR-FM La Ronge, Decision CRTC 2001-41, 2 February 2001. |

The Commission grants the licensee an extension, until 30 April 2002, to implement this authority. |
|
3. |
The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is submitted and approved by the Commission within that period. |
|
4. |
The authority to operate the transmitter will only be effective once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. |
