Correction to Decision CRTC 2001-752

1.

In Decision CRTC 2001-752 dated 13 December 2001, the Commission approved the transfer of control of the category 1 digital specialty service Independent Film Channel Canada (IFCC), and of 20 category 2 digital specialty services, through acquisition of all the shares of Salter Street Broadcasting Limited by Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc.

2.

In that decision, the Commission stated that neither IFCC nor any of the 20 category 2 digital specialty services had commenced operation. In fact, IFCC did launch in September of this year.
