Paragraph 15 of Order CRTC 2001-434 is amended and the revised text is in bold: |

In light of the above, the Commission approves TN 789 and the billing and collection agreement between MTT and the province of Nova Scotia, subject to the modifications set out in this order. The company is directed to make the appropriate modifications to its price cap index and service basket limits, and to amend its actual price index and service band indices. |
