Connection service

 

The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to introduce Connection Service which provides eligible customers with access to its Traffic Operator Position System for the purposes of providing local operator assistance by the customers to their end-users, and providing these end-users with the option of having their operator-assisted calls completed over the customer's network. It also approves an addendum to the Agreement for the Provision of Operator Services.

 

Bell Canada filed the application on 19 January 2001 to add Item 89 to its General Tariff.

 

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
