Subject: Northwestel's Phase III Manual updates

The Commission has reviewed the proposed Northwestel Phase III Manual updates and revised Manual pages filed on 7 June 2001.

The Commission considers that all of the proposed changes to the company's Manual are reasonable and generally maintain the cost causality principles that are embodied in Northwestel's procedures.

Accordingly, the Commission approves the updates and the revised pages as submitted and directs the company to serve on interested parties the revised pages within 30 days of the date of this letter.
