Re: Applications 2001-0741-8; 2001-0742-6; 2001-0743-4 - APPROVED - Deletion of local head-ends and amalgamations
Vidéotron (Richelieu) Ltée - Coaticook, Quebec and
Vidéotron (Granby) inc. - East angus and Lennoxville, Quebec

Reference is made to the aforementioned requests presented to delete the local head-ends of the cable distribution undertakings serving Coaticook, East Angus and Lennoxville and to amalgamate the undertakings to the Sherbrooke undertaking.

This to advise you that the Commission has approved the aforementioned amendments.

The Commission requires you to append this decisionto the licences of your undertakings or, in the case where the licences have not yet been issued, to the original decisions granting you the licences.
