RE: APPROVAL -- Application No. 2000-2333-3
Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
CBAF-FM-1 - Fredericton/Saint John,
New Brunswick - Decrease in Power

Dear Mrs. Morry:

The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2001-448 dated 26 July 2001. This Decision should have indicated that it was for the CBAF-FM-1 transmitter at Fredericton/Saint John, New Brunswick. The decision should have read as follows:

This is further to your application received at the Commission to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking CBAF-FM Moncton, New Brunswick.

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CBAF-FM Moncton by decreasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter CBAF-FM-1 Fredericton/Saint John from 100,000 watts to 84,000 watts.

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned changes.

The Commission requires you to append this decision to the licence of your undertaking or, in the case where a licence has not yet been issued, to the original decision granting you a licence.

Yours sincerely,

Ursula Menke
Secretary General
