Licence renewal for CBPO-FM

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for CBPO-FM Parry Sound, from 1 September 2001 to 31 August 2008, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.

2.

It is a condition of licence that the station be used solely to broadcast environmental information and weather reports provided by Environment Canada.

3.

The Commission notes that this licensee is subject to the Employment Equity Act and therefore files reports concerning employment equity with Human Resources Development Canada.
