Re: Application 2001-0461-2 by Standard Radio Inc., Toronto, ON. (CFRB) Approval of a technical change involving the use of the same site, but with 4 new towers located about 70 metres southeast from the present array.

Dear Mr. Grant:

We are pleased to inform you that the Commission has approved the aforementioned application.

This approval is conditional upon receiving within six (6) months of the date of this decision, a written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend the Broadcasting Certificate in accordance with the application.

The Commission requires you to append this decision to the licence of the undertaking.
