	The Commission has received the following applications:
	ATLANTIC AND QUEBEC REGION/ RÉGION DE L’ATLANTIQUE ET DU QUÉBEC
1.	FERMONT, Quebec
	Application (199918132) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION.
	The CBC proposes to add an FM radio transmitter at Fermont to offer the programming of CBSI-FM Sept-Îles (la Première Chaîne).
	The transmitter will operate on frequency 100.5 MHz (channel 263A) with an effective radiated power of 255 watts. The addition of the transmitter will require an amendment to the licence for CBSI-FM.

2.	LAC-SIMON (LOUVICOURT), Quebec
	Application (199912895) by RADIO COMMUNAUTAIRE MF LAC SIMON INC.
	This application is a request to amend the broadcasting licence of radio station CHUT-FM Lac-Simon, by increasing the effective radiated power from 8 watts to 102 watts.

	IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,
	- submit your original written intervention to the Secretary General of the Commission (CRTC, Ottawa, K1A 0N2). A true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the original intervention sent to the Commission.

	- the intervention may be filed with the Commission by electronic mail at the following e-mail address: procedure@crtc.gc.ca and should indicate if a true copy has been sent to the applicant. Each paragraph of the document should be numbered. 	Your intervention will be considered by the Commission, and will form part of the public record of the proceeding without further notification to you, provided the procedure set out above has been followed. You will be contacted only if your submission raises procedural questions.
