On 1 December 1999, the Canadian Alliance of Publicly-Owned Telecommunications Systems (CAPTS) filed on behalf of its members – Bruce Municipal Telephone System, Dryden Municipal Telephone System, Keewatin Municipal Telephone System, Kenora Municipal Telephone System and The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Division, an application for approval of their individual Amending Agreement for Appendix 7 and Appendix 7A, Intercept Services, of their Interconnection Agreement with Bell Canada.
