Additional residence and business lines promotion

The Commission approves Northern's request to introduce an additional residence and business lines promotion.

The company proposes to waive:

  • the line connection or line connection and premises visit charge, as applicable, for the installation of up to two additional residence or business lines in areas where suitable facilities exist; and
  • the administration charge to change a directory listing as a result of an additional line service.
Northern filed the application on 28 August 2000 to revise Sections N100 and N140 of its General Tariff.
The revisions will take effect on 2 October 2000.
