| The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to extend to 31 August 2000, the promotion which waives the applicable service charges for a four-month period for customers who convert from Hyperstream service to frame relay service. It also pertains to customers who are currently subscribing to frame relay service and require an upgrade to digital network access. | |
