The Commission approves, on a final basis, an Agreement for Assignment and Collection of Receivables Related to Municipal Charges for the 9-1-1 Service between Communauté urbaine de Montréal and Norigen Communications Inc. and Union des municipalités du Québec.

The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

The application, filed on 23 March 2000, was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2000-300 dated 17 April 2000.
