Order CRTC 2000-1126

Ottawa, 8 December 2000

CoopTel
Tariff Notice 43

  Solutions CoopTel

The Commission denies CoopTel's proposed promotion to offer, at the company's convenience, subscribers of a designated area a subscription to any available company promotion.

The Commission considers the proposed promotion to be inadequately defined in terms of the duration of the promotion and customers qualifying for the promotion.

The Commission received the application on 25 October 2000 to revise Section 2.11 of its General Tariff.
