Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2000-469 dated 24 November and 14 December 2000 approving Category 1 digital specialty service 13ième Rue.

2.

The Commission deletes paragraph 5 of the decision and paragraph 1.c) of the condition of licence which reads as follows:

 

In each broadcast year, the licensee shall devote at least 80% of its non-Canadian programming to programs from sources outside North America.
