Licence amendment for TreeHouse TV |
|

1. |
The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the specialty television service TreeHouse TV by amending condition of licence no. 2 prohibiting the broadcast of programs offered by the specialty service YTV as follows: |

2.a) Except as provided in subsection b, in any month, none of the programs broadcast by the licensee shall be broadcast by the specialty service YTV. |

2.b) In December 2000, the licensee may broadcast up to a maximum of 10 hours of programming from categories 5a, 7 and 11, featuring a Christmas or Chanukah theme, and broadcast on YTV. |

The applicant states that this condition will allow it to make more special holiday programming available to pre-school children, during the month of December. |
