Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving the above-noted communities, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

2.

The Commission approves the application to amend the licence by adding the distribution, in non-encrypted mode, of The Sports Network (TSN). The licensee is authorized to use channel 11 with a transmitter power of 10 watts, as certified by the Department of Industry.
