The Commission has received the following applications:

1.  PRINCE ALBERT, Saskatchewan
Application (199902789) by SHAW CABLESYSTEMS (SASK) LTD., 2326 Hanselman Avenue, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7L 5Z3, to amend the broadcasting licence of the cable distribution undertaking serving Prince Albert, by being relieved by condition of licence, from the requirement of subsection 7(a) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, 1997, which states in part that:
"A licensee shall not alter or delete a programming service in the course of its distribution except..."
The licensee proposes to delete the signal of CITV-TV Edmonton and substitute the signal of the Saskatchewan Communications Network (SCN), during the Children's Miracle Network Telethon to be aired from 7:00 p.m. on June 5, 1999 to 5:00 p.m. on June 6, 1999.

Application (199811112) by ROGERS BROADCASTING LIMITED, 36 Victoria Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1H3, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CIOC-FM Victoria, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 100,000 to 47,000 watts.
The licensee states that these changes will not significantly affect the coverage area of the station.

 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,
-  submit your original written intervention to the Secretary General of the Commission (CRTC, Ottawa, K1A 0N2). A true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the original intervention sent to the Commission.
