Telecom Order CRTC 99-952

 

On 17 September 1999, C1.com Inc. (formerly known as Fundy Cable Ltd./Ltée) filed an application for approval of a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier-Interexchange Carrier) Interconnection; an Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier; a Message Relay Service Agreement; and a Master Agreement for Interconnection Between Local Exchange Carriers, with Maritime Tel & Tel Limited.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The Agreements are approved on an interim basis.
