| On 13 August 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 425, Exchange Service, introducing the Local Business Contract Option which offers customers an alternative pricing arrangement for business local exchange services and provides discounted rate options to customers who commit to subscribing to business local services at a sustained volume level. | |
