On 1 April 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Carrier Access Tariff Item 215, Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling, to clarify the terms and conditions and the application of the Termination of CLEC Intra-exchange Traffic tariff. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
