On 10 December 1998, GT Grouptelecom Networks Inc. filed an application pursuant to the Commission's letter of 30 November 1998, for approval of General Tariff Item 5, Basic Listing Interchange File, which provides for a machine-readable file containing non-confidential subscriber listing information for the company's subscribers listed, and intended to be listed, in directories and directory assistance databases. |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order. |
