Telecom Order CRTC 99-360

 

On 17 March 1999, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 43, Centrex Service, introducing Compucall on Centrex, an optional feature to Centrex Automatic Call Distribution which provides customers with the ability to integrate their Voice and Data Communications Systems in conjunction with their Call Centers.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order.
