On 15 March 1999, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff and Supplementary Tariff Special Services and Facilities, reflecting a promotional offer for MessageManager Service from 19 April to 30 June 1999, which provides new customers to MessageManager with the first month free and a waiver of all associated MessageManager service charges during this period. |
