Telecom Order CRTC 99-328

 

On 30 March 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2165, providing for a short-term "SmartPac Acquisition" promotional program, offering SmartPac, containing Call Forwarding, Speed Calling, Three-way Calling, Call Waiting, Call Display, Call Display-Name, Call Return and Call Screen, for a one-month period at $9.95, to new or existing residence individual line customers who are moving or who are having an additional individual line service installed in their premises, from 3 May to 31 July 1999 inclusive.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 3 May 1999 are approved.
