Telecom Order CRTC 99-301

 

On 30 April 1998, Télébec ltée (Télébec) filed an application to revise its rates for the network and number elements of cellular access service and the number element of paging access service.

 

File No.: Tariff Notice 183

 

1.The application also includes modifications to accommodate wireless personal communications service (PCS) providers.

 

2.The proposed tariff changes were filed pursuant to the proceeding initiated by Telecom Order CRTC 97-1960.

 

3.Comments were received from Rogers Cantel Inc.

 

4.In light of the foregoing, the Commission approves Tariff Notice 183 on an interim basis, effective the date of this Order.

 

5.Télébec is directed to issue, within 14 days, tariff pages incorporating the changes proposed in its application.
