Telecom Order CRTC 99-162

 

On 26 January 1999, Bell Canada (Bell) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of MTS Communications Inc., Bell and NBTel Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 792, Customer Specific Business Service, reflecting incremental bandwidth (one-third of an OC-3) on the existing ring architecture between the central office in Québec City, Quebec and the customer's location in Lévis, Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
