On 30 November 1999, TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 115, Public Coin Telephone Service, introducing from 1 January to 31 December 2000 the Payphone Card Promotion which provides residential and business customers with an opportunity to use the payphone card at no charge.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The application is approved on an interim basis effective 1 January 2000.
