Telecom Order CRTC 99-1066

 

On 22 October 1999, Bell Canada, MTS Communications Inc., TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. [formerly known as BC TEL] and TELUS Communications Inc., each filed an application to revise the resale and sharing provisions of their tariffs to reflect the Commission's determinations in Telecom Order CRTC 99-972 dated 8 October 1999, regarding an affiliate rule for the companies' primary local exchange services within their service territories, and the elimination of an affiliate rule for interexchange voice services.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The applications are approved effective 22 November 1999.
