Further to its Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 1999-12 dated 26 November 1999 relating to its public hearing commencing on 31 January 2000, at the Triumph Howard Johnson Plaza-Hotel, 2737 Keele Street, Toronto, Ontario, the Commission announces the following:
AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THE PUBLIC HEARING

TORONTO (NORTH YORK), Ontario
Application (199911384) by ROGER DE BRABANT, on behalf of a company to be incorporated, for a broadcasting licence to carry on an English-language low power FM radio programming undertaking at Toronto (North York). The new station would operate on frequency 103.1 MHz (channel 276LP) with an effective radiated power of 2 watts.
The applicant proposes to operate a tourist information service consisting of general information related to tourist sites, and community events in the City of Toronto and public service announcements for non profit organizations.
