    Replacement of WTOL-TV (CBS) Detroit by WBZ-TV (CBS) Boston

    1.  The Commission approves, by condition of licence, the applications by Fundy Cable Ltd./ltée to distribute the signal of WBZ-TV (CBS) Boston, Massachusets instead of WTOL-TV (CBS) Detroit, Michigan, on the basic service of its undertakings serving the above-mentioned localities. The licensee will receive this signal via satellite.

    2.  The licensee may receive any authorized signals over the air, or from any licensed or exempted Canadian broadcasting distribution undertaking authorized to provide signals to other broadcasting distribution undertakings.

    3.  The Commission acknowledges the intervention submitted with regard to these applications and the licensee's response thereto.
