The Commission has received the following
applications: |

1. SYDENHAM, NEWBURGH, VERONA AND TAMWORTH,

Applications (199801692, 199802533, 199802541,
199802559) by REGIONAL CABLESYSTEMS INC., 1730 Marie-Victorin Boulevard,
Longueuil, Quebec, J4G 2G9, to amend the broadcasting licences of its cable
distribution undertakings serving the above-mentioned localities as follows:

a) by deleting the local head-ends of the cable
distribution undertakings serving Newburgh, Verona and Tamworth, to
interconnect these undertakings to the Sydenham undertaking. |
|
b) SYDENHAM, VERONA, NEWBURGH, TAMWORTH
|
|
by deleting the condition of licence
authorizing the distribution, at its option, of WXYZ-TV (ABC), Detroit,
Michigan, received via satellite from CANCOM, as part of the basic service,
and by authorizing, the distribution, at its option, of WWTI 50 (ABC)
Watertown, New York received off-air and distributed as part of the basic
service. |

c) NEWBURGH, TAMWORTH |
|
by deleting the condition of licence
authorizing the distribution, at its option, of WTVS-TV (PBS) Detroit,
Michigan received via satellite from CANCOM, as part of the basic service and
authorizing, the distribution, at its option, of WNPE (PBS) Watertown, New
York received off-air and distributed as part of the basic service. |
