 The Commission has received the following applications:
 ATLANTIC AND QUEBEC REGION
1.  GANDER, Newfoundland
Application (199716495) by NEWCAP INC., Suite 800, 1550 Bedford Highway, Bedford, Nova Scotia, B4A 1E6, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CKXD Gander, by decreasing the transmitter power from 5,000 to 1,000 watts.
The licensee never implemented the increase in power to 5,000 watts approved in Decision CRTC 91-120 of 13 March 1991.

2.  FREDERICTON, New Brunswick
Application (199800181) by RADIO FREDERICTON INC., 715 Prestman Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick, E3B 5W7, to amend the broadcasting licence of the French-language FM community (radio) programming undertaking CJPN-FM Fredericton, by increasing the effective radiated power from 840 to 1,560 watts.
The licensee also proposes to move the existing transmitting antenna from its site at the Sainte-Anne Community Centre building and to install it at the NB Tel tower which is several hundred feet from its original site.
The Commission notes that the proposed changes will result in a modest change to the existing authorized service contours.

3.  TROIS-PISTOLES (RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP), Quebec
Application (199802500) by RADIO CJFP (1986) LTÉE to amend the broad-casting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CJFP-FM-4 Trois-Pistoles, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 229 to 42 watts.
The licensee states that these changes will not significantly affect the coverage area of the station.

Each paragraph of the document should be numbered. However, your intervention and the proof of service to the applicant will also have to be filed in hard copy;
-  please note, that only the documents (applications and interventions) electronically filed will be available on the Commission's web site. You will be able to access these documents by indicating the public notice or the notice of public hearing number;
-  the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
-  your intervention should clearly identify the application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application, or if you propose changes to it, include the facts and grounds therefor. In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of the hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
